By accessing or using any website, mobile site, mobile application, social media channel (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), or other digital platform owned and/or operated by Soundsations Worldwide, LLC, its affiliates, or agents (collectively, the “Digital Services”), including utilizing the services and resources available via the Digital Services, completing the registration process, making a purchase, or browsing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use for Digital Services (“Terms”). • Payment for purchases must be made via the methods we provide. If your payment is declined, we will attempt to process the transaction again.
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or card issuer. Risk of loss for purchased items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

• Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator, and you waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
• You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by notifying us within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms.
